AI Human Mega Evil Empire Score Percent:= 170
 

What is the meaning of a subject line.Does it mean that if there is a mega evil empire present in game that human player get 170% percent to score (computer player gets 250%).
Does this apply only for other then leading human in MP games or it is a bonus to all (even in SP game) humans.If it does we have a new catch in TG contest: Destroy all AIs but one and let it became mega evil empire as it will increase your score by 70%.

Well I did a little search on this board.It seems it's just percentage of resources that human player needs to have over AI after which (if player's score is over 500K) AI becomes mega evil empire.

It means that if human empire (that has the highest score of all other empires - AI or human) reaches a score that is 70% larger then the 2nd player (AI or human), that condition becomes true. Also, the other condition in setings.txt is also important - "AI Mega Evil Empire Threshold Score Thousands" (minimal score necessary for empire to become MEE, it prevents players to become MEE too early in the game). If the empire has both conditions true, that empire becomes MEE.
Of course the AI has higher percentage threshold because it isn't as smart as human player and will not be able to utilize its advantage like human would.
In short, it determines which empire will become MEE, not the score you will get if there is MEE in the game.

Just a quick point alasyr - if the human has more points than the AI, it's the human that becomes the mega evil empire, not the AI. Basically, whoever is MEE has everyone else against them.
