I have some questions on Magical Sites.
Does frequency 40 means that chanse to find a site in one of the four slots is 40% (as some one said on the forum) or there is a 40% chanse to find one site, then another 40% to find second etc (as in manual)...
Does province size matters for sites frequency?
And does sea has higher chanse to find a site (like forest for example)
