Your thoughts on castling

I am curious on what the non-vocal majority
think on castling. Note that the third question
allows you to agree with more than one statement.

Hmmm not bad as polls go but I will give you a tip. The one that says " Insist that the developers change the game to address the problem" is not good to put in such a poll. Firstly this isnt the kindof game where "insist" works. And in fact, even giving the impression of "insist" can tend to move an item to the bottom of the list. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif
Maybe you meant to say "request"?

probably wrong about this, but I thought that
'insist' is justified, given how strongly some
people feel about it. But you are right, my
dislike for the position may have tainted my
formulation. Hell, if anyone claims that I'm a
saint, I will be the first to laugh.

You can insist all you'd like, but the Swedish personality is to then balk just because you 'insisted' not for any other valid reasons.

It's like poking a bear and insisting it move or give up it's honeycomb. You may have gotten it's attention, but it's not going to react favorably.

I do not _want_ castles to be changed...
So if crusaders were demanding and USING ALL

paying customers!!!!!!!!' I would not be unduly
concerned http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif

[Edit] Seriously, though, you guys are right.
It would have been better if I had used 'suggest'
instead of 'insist'. But it is not easy to
prevent your personal feelings from spilling over
and at least slightly influence the way you
formulate the questions.

From my own experience on this board I've learned that people here tend to be very crytical when you let your personal opinion influence what supposed to be an objective poll. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif "Insisting" on anything is a very wrong way to approach the developers. It is their game after all, and they are calling the shots and as well as bear the responsibility for the choices they made.
