Perhaps each experience start is 1 more blood slave captured ... ?
Without influencing the chances of finding blood slaves.

No. Experience of the hunter has no effect on blood slave hunts. Only blood rank, population, unrest level, and SDR affect the take.

If this were to be done, I think it would need to be set up so that it only makes a difference for Blood Mages. Letting non-Blood mages become passable blood hunters just because they have some experience sounds like a bad idea to me.

But good idea -- I think it should. (I posted about experience affecting scout stealth, success rate of preaching skills, and other non-combat related areas elsewhere, which found some positive feedback -- I missed this, however, which could be a good idea.)
