So I'm creating my mod and I have done some graphics for the units I want. But when they appear in the recruit screen they have a black line box round them. I'm not much of an artist and I've never really used stuff like adobe.

I know I have the pixel and size etc right, but I have no idea what Im doing wrong. Anyone else had the same thing ?

I haven't looked at the docs myself, or tried modding, but I think I know your problem... 'Invisible' color is not only black, it's pure black (0,0,0 RGB). Other blacks are just dark colors as far as the game sees it.
