hosting question
 

I have a laptop where I would like to play my turns and a desktop where I would like to set up the server. Do I need a separate copy of the game for each, or can I use the same copy for both? (I do realize I can't play two players at once using one CD key, but is this true of playing one one machine and hosting on another?)

To clarify Norfleet's comment: You only need a valid key for clients. You can set up as many servers as you like. (I, e.g., are essentially runnnng 23 game servers right now http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif )

Further clarification. You can play two players at once as long as they are both played on the same computer (I think).

You will have a problem if the game host and contains multiple nation turn files with the same serial number from different computers.

I have Dominions running on my Home PC, and laptop I have at work. I can take my turns on either computer and it works fine.
