bug thread and ability to find anything / reply to bugs
 

The bug thread is 46 pages long (at least with my display settings). It is pretty unmanageable to find bugs to see if you are reporting a duplicate. Or to reply to people's bugs with suggestions of fixes.


Is there any chance there could be another forum created for bugs ONLY?

That way each bug can be its own thread.

Detailed info can be posted about that bug in that thread.

When the bug is fixed or work arounds found then people can post that info there.

Actually each bug does have its own thread.

What I would like to see is someone compile all the bugs, and create one post to that thread which just lists the bugs and has a link to the thread for getting more info or discussing it.

If people would list their bug AND a link to a thread for discussion that would help keep it clean also.

Yep, I support that. Although I understand that it is also comfortable to have all bugs in a single thread, which you can search through in printer-friendly view mode using your browsers search fascilities. Spreading bugs over all threads would make searching for known bugs much more complicated...
