Dominions 2 Demo Download Broken?
 

I've tried downloading off the shrapnel dominions 2 download page many times, after several reboots, and both via IE 6 and NS 7, either way I always get a file with filesize 0. Perhaps this download is broken?

Does anyone know of an alternative location for the Dominions 2 demo?

OK, I've found the demo on 3DGamers.com, still would probably be good to fix the link on the shrapnel page.

As someone who is interested in buying the game, a screwed up demo download process does not inspire a lot of confidence in the game itself.

Meh. Why even bother with demos? Demos don't tell you why you should buy the game, they just tell you why you shouldn't buy the game. If you liked everything in the demo, it still didn't tell you anything about why to buy the game....because everything you liked was already in the demo.

The failed download was most likely caused by a hard drive failure we experienced on early Friday. Tests show the demo downloads for all games are working properly now. If you find otherwise, please contact us through our customer support center. And please accept our apology for the inconvenience.

thanks annette but im sorry to say i am having the same problem at 11 37 pm central time

norfleet ive read 4 threads in the dom forums and so far all ive seen of you is negative attitude
im sorry to say that this does not inspire me the fact thyat you have a 3 star rating and a major general post count is also very depressing

with any luck this first impression of you will be countered by further perusal of the Boards
