Trampleing etherials?

If a comamder is equipped with a magic weapon and can trample, will the trample attack ignore the etherialness or will they still miss 75% of the time?

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Trampling doesn't use the magic weapon, so the trampler has the same effect as normal.
