There is no penalty if immortal pretenders die?

There is no penalty if your pretender dies in a friendly domain, other then respawning at your capital right? He dosent loose magic like non immortal pretends do when raised, right?

No, it will not lose magic paths. You may have an affliction or 3 (which will be healed in time), and one of these could be feebleminded -- then you have a temporary problem, but nothing like permanent loss.

This if he dies in his own dominion.
If he/she get killed outside a normal Prtender Death procedure is applied(macig path loss and calling god back)

Just the usual afflictions. A lich should be eligible for -- never-healing wound (hp penalty), crippled (speed penalty), chest wound (enc, str), arm loss (two of 'em; loss of slot, stats), eye loss (again, two; prec, lose all is VERY BAD), mute (LDR, magic), feeblemind (MR penalty, no magic), battle fright (morale penalty), diseased (irrelevant to undead) if memory serves. A lich has no tentacles or tail to lose, and while it does have a head to lose I don't recall it being able to -survive- that, so "lost a head" seems an unlikely affliction to appear.

All will heal slowly but automatically, courtesy of immortality, except for never-healing wound which can take a LONG time to heal (something like half the usual chance per turn for this one to vanish).
