Weird science

I captured a province with 2 libraries in it and you get to recruit 1 sage per turn from each kinda cool

Err, no, you only get one sage. You just end up with two different "Sages" to recruit, which are actually the same sage. Two libraries doesn't bypass the one commander per turn limitation.
