Scenario/Map making
 

To make a scenario without editing follow these steps:
1) make a new game with all players controlled by you, use stellar manipulation technology to make the map the way you want it, then save the map
2) make a new game and set up with the saved map and the players you want
3) Play through to turn 100.0 and make sure everything is how you want it
4) Distribute and enjoy!
