Mods, Maps and Docs news!
 

Hi all

this Messages is most for moderator ... why not make a special steaky thread called "Mods, Maps and Docs" news in which modders and maps designers could post short Messages about the realease of the mods/maps/docs ... somethnig like:

"New faerun map. go to thread xxx for more info"

or

"Zen BMQR is out!"

... that could be really usefull to people not used to look the forum often, just to have an idea of waht was out ... all the discussions and comments must be out from that thread, to more specific threads ...

I know that there is already a very good thread about mods on top but seems not to be used too much, probably becouse mods/maps designers couldn't write directly on it ...

anyway, is just a late friday afternoon idea, so if you feel is not good, just thrash it!

There are many requests for stickies. All of which are great ones. Newbie FAQs, strat guides, the acronym list for short terms used here. Enough stickies to fill the first page displayed every time you come in. I think we have too many now.

BUT what will work well is a stickie listing points of interest and a link to that thread (so any further reading and discussion can occur in that thread). If someone wants to start a thread on new mods and maps then that could be one of the entries in a "Master Index" stickie
