Install/run bug?

I just received Coliseum, V1.01c, it installs fine, but as soon as the title screen comes up it immediately crashes with a Windows XP error: ": "V1.01c (Full Version) has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience"

Anyone else see this? Tips to fix it?

Sorry I have not seen that (thankfully).

Somce (hopefully) helpful questions for you:

Did you install into the default directory?

Do you have the CD in your drive?

Did you uninstall the demo first?

Have you uninstalled and reinstalled?
