Positive dominion this turn, next turn?
 

I have +1 dominion this turn, and my enemy's powerful dominion will turn it negative next turn. If he attacks me, will I have my current +1 dominion for the battle, or the negative dominion that will prevail on the map next turn?

Supposedly, dominion changes only after battles, so you should still have the positive dominion this turn.

However, there are rumors that sometimes dominion of 1 can fail before main battles occur. I do not know why this would happen unless caused by a ritual. In my experience, even dominion 1 has always been present during battle.
