New PBW game

Hey all...

A nice new good-sized stock game opened up: Monkey Business 04 . I've applied and hope others will soon. It looks good and I'm positively itching for it to start. No Mods, no stupid rules, no sanctimonious "I never like it when" restrictions.

Hey, there is a lot of pain and suffering that goes into creating rule sets for PBW games, you know...
