Can't find any tools there in the download section, only mods, images, patches and chat transcripts...?

I think Flying Shipsets is like a flying windows screensaver that uses SE4 shipsets.

Click on the link provided. It goes to the section with the tools.

The Downloads main page only shows the first 3 subcategories of a Category. Click on a Category and you will see the rest.
