Vanehiem dominion

I'm watching the dominion spread in a game I am currently playing and it looks like it is spreading slowly.

I *thought* that I read somewhere that vanehiem has 1/2 strength dominion spread to balance out it's blood ability. Is this true? I can't seem to find anything to support this either way on the web.

Does anyone know?

I've never read / heard that before, not that I can remember. I do have some games where my Vanheim dominion is getting stomped despite having 20+ temples though.

Somehow I don't think Vanheim's blood ability is good enough to have warranted the halved dominion though. All their blood hunters are quite expensive, and only have B1; hardly the basis of a blood empire.

Vanheim's dominion works as everyone else's, exept that they can also sacrifice.
