Transport Tiny Planets
 

Every so often ...well just say all the time when I put transports on minister control, they go to tiny planets and stay there. I'll get a message that "No cargo was dropped by 001 ship because the location cannot hold anymore cargo". This only happens on tiny planets, and I think ......(I cant remember)....on small planets as well. But always tiny. Is there a fix for this ? ...are they working on getting a patch for this ?

It's just a bug of the minister AI caused in part by the way the AI clears orders when it has no room for a cargo transfer it had orders to do. Apparently the transport minister can get stuck on this.

If you're playing emperor and having trouble with your ministers doing this, you can order them to do something else with their cargo. Have you tried ordering them to drop their stuff somewhere that has room?
