I was wondering if anyone knows a good site with lots of different ship sets?????? No trek sites I already got those ship sets form some pbw games i played\playing and what not

Race Directory, which lists 99% of all shipsets for SE4:

SpaceEmpires.net hosts most shipset files, though it still needs to be updated with descriptions for some of the sets...

No, they are simply different ship and race pictures, like the ones that are chosen at game start.

Do they replace the games ship sets or can I use them with the game ship sets. And how do I put them into the game?

They only replace shipsets if they have the same name. And I've never downladed a shipset, so I don't know.
