Storms

In Se4 storms or nebulaes could have cool effects like rendering shields useless or making ship invisible. Can you put those kind of effects to the storms in Starfury?

I atleast would like the increase of defense rating and decrease of attack rating when inside a storm. Would make them exellent place to run when running from enemy.

He wanted to add that, but didn't get around to it. Hopefully this will be available in SE V since he seemed confident that he could do it.
