POLL: How do you play Dom 2?
 

OK Arryn suggested this in a thread & it interested me.
I guess I mean how many games do you play in the various formats rather than how much time do you spend before anyone quibbles but I expect the results will be polarised anyway.

I put mostly MP but really, the only SP I play at all is to work up some strategies to try out in MP.

I play a pretty even mix. Though the vast majority of my MP games are with a couple of friends at work that we just always have a game going. The SP is the time I use to really investigate how things work and test out ideas, then I try to use what I've learned in MP.

I play only MP. I don't really even test strategies in SP, although I have recently been practicing crushing indeps in the very early game http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

Yeah i had to decide if i vote only Mp or mostly Mp too . I voted mostly Mp because i plan to play one Last Sp game but i haven't played any sp the Last 2 months . So i spend about 95% time in mp http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...es/biggrin.gif

I have one SP game going in which I have finished all the research and am using it test out spells and strategies. I also sometimes start a new game to test a new pretender as a supercombatant, and maybe try out the first few turn recruitment strategies.

Apart from that, I have not played a SP game, ever. Even when I first started, it was in multiplayer games during some friends' lunch hour.

I was tempted to put "only SP" since the MultiPlayer games Ive played are about on the level of how some people are commenting about their few test SoloPlay games. But I put mostly SP instead.

Forgot to vote myself
I do not think I ever finished a SP game & was always practicing for MP even when I did play. Now I test pretender builds in "sandboxes" with all humans & only taking turns for the one being tested so I do not play SP at all.
