Nation Specific Spells?
What schools do the various nation specific spells belong to? Not that it would make much difference, but I'd like to know in the case I find a special school bonus site. This is for rituals only, as I can't think of any single instance where it would matter what school a non-ritual spell belongs to. Not that I wouldn't be interested in knowing, if the spell songs and the like indeed even have a school.
I'm guessing it would be something like: All Ermor, C'tis, T'ien Ch'i are Conjuration. Pagaea carrion summons are Construction. The Demon Jester and Sanguine Heritage are Blood. I'm sure I forgot a few. If anyone has definite knowledge, please share. K. |
Re: Nation Specific Spells?
The manual addenda has a lot of that -- all the starting spells for instance. The refrence guide (RC1) has all the princial schools. Check out http://www.dominions-2.org/files.htm
Hope this helps. Rylen |
Re: Nation Specific Spells?
I don't think the nation specific spells belong to any school. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Re: Nation Specific Spells?
I think all spells have to belong to atleast one school... But with nation spesific ones it isn't easily seen.

Re: Nation Specific Spells?
I believe that all the national spells that are available to all nations are in their proper school. The others (all summons I think) might not be found in any school. I tried AE Ermor's summons on a Conjuration 20 site and got no bonus from it. It is possible they're in enchantment, though.
