To Atrocities, Concerning a PM
 

That was sent to me three days ago, I've replied to it on the same day, and if I remember correctly, I also told the forum software to send me a read receipt as soon as you opened it up as I sent it; so far I have not recieved any receipts. Did you get the PM reply or will I have to send it to you again?

Now, I apologize in advance if you were simply busy and haven't gotten around to it yet, but I thought I should ask you just in case.

Please be aware that we know there are issues with the PM read receipt option and will be changing some things with the PM system soon. He very well could have gotten it without you getting a read receipt because of this problem.
