I'm new here and wanting to join a game. Where and how? Do i start my own or what?

You're in the right place. New game announcements get posted in this forum from time to time. Have a bit of patience, and one that you can join will probably come along.

From what i'm gathering here games can't be completed in 1 session or am i wrong?

Probably you've get into the channel when none was present, except someone that had the nickname parked here.

If you're european, you should try in late evening to find activity.

LordDracos you are correct. The majority of the games here are played out over the course of many weeks, sometimes months.

Occaisionally you might find an advertisement for a Blitz game, these will usually move a lot faster and can be finished in one or two sessions.

I have been learning much,loads of reading over old threads.
