TWE Help !
 

I'm a new user of TWE and haven't a clue how to follow the guide to creating a new scenario or units - I'm interested in the GWTC format of tiles units to re-create the Carrier Wars of WW2.

I'm looking for step by step example of doing this - I find the manual and help alomst impossible to follow - but I'm not that IT literate.
