I'm sure that no one minds in the slightest that you've been a little late with turn files. After all, SEIV is just a game, and the real life and emotional health of you and your wife are much MUCH more important than any game. You have my support (though it means little) and I'm sure you have the support and sympathy of all the people who will take the time to read this thread.

Good luck with your battle, and I hope you will get a favorable ruling.

I don't really know what to say.

Thank you for your kind words, Renegade. Coming from one of youth, I can only say it's nice to see such mature words being typed.

You'll be married one day and maybe you'll feel what I'm feeling right now. Well, (smile), I can only hope you feel the love like I do but I hope you never have to go through this sort of thing.

As I asked a friend of mine, "Have you EVER loved someone so much that it seems you feel the pain they feel as if it were your very own?"

That's the way I feel. I can't sleep. I want to do SOMETHING! (and bless her heart, all she said tonight was for me to get my turns back on track...sigh...)

Narf, my "web friend", the fact that you took time to comment even that small response was enough. I know you "battle" your own demons (sometimes). http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

Go get 'em.....

Nothing worse than watching your loved ones in pain because of blatant hypocrisy and discrimination.

Just about to turn off the PC (smile).

Yes, I'm tired. But committed to "weilding the pen". Thanks for your support...now...answer my questions so I can get Zeta done (LOL).

I'm sure my missus won't mind me saying that she had a similar experience a while back. A fellow member of staff was following her around, trying to trap her in cupBoards and so on. She went through the (very stressful) complaint procedures, but never really received the support of the employers, and in the end she just left. The job just wasn't worth the hassle. As far as I know the sleaze is still working there (we did point out that he might be a threat to the patients, but it seems no-one wanted to cause a fuss) but his record has been blemished and female colleagues have been warned. He will at least have to be a little more careful in pursuing his next victim.

If he had ever actually laid hands on her, he would have been found floating face-down the next day.

Wow.

I really hope things work out. And if they don't, I really hope you make 'em hurt.

Sorry to hear about all this Slynky. I maybe only 18 and don't plan on marriage for a long time but i can certainly see why you would be angered by all this.

Normally I don't advocate too much revenge but I think you need to teach these people a lesson. Good Luck with your fight. Writing this out a Quote by Sheridan from B5 came to mind.

"Now, once we're in, we're in: no surrender, no retreat."

If that fails just threaten them by saying you have a Phased Polaron Beam Dreadnought about to glass their comapny HQ! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...es/biggrin.gif
