Population growing happier
 

I have about 100 medium troops on this one planet for years and years. The population had long since become "Jubilant" but yet every turn I get this entry in the report telling me that the population is growing happier. Well, that is good of course but I really don't care about it, specially since the morale is already at maximum. Is there a way to permanently turn off this message? (I don't want to turn off the Riot warning though).

I don't think there are any way to keep riot Messages and turn off jubilants...

I've never seen a way to turn off that message. I just tune it out really, I know which systems are likely happy and which are angry anyway. It will be funny if a large enemy fleet enters the system -- the mood might drop to Good and you get Messages saying the population is getting happer and angrier.
