The following changes/additions have been made today:

PM quote button
Spell Checker on post/edit/reply
Removed user rating and thread rating due to complaints of abuse
Editing your post is only available for the first 6 hours after you post
Moderators can now merge threads into one another
Moderators can now automatically send a PM to the topic starter if their thread was moved
Tweaks have been made to the upload utility-please PM me with the exact error message if you have an issue with uploading.

Issues still under investigation:
Reverse Post Order new post indicator/jump to new post from topic heading issues.
View your post takes you to the incorrect page after posting if you post created a new page.
