Sinking Dominion levels?
 

Hi

My Dominion level in provinces adjacent to Pangaea and also provinces deeper into my empire are going negative, and I don’t know why?

One province adjacent to only one Pangaea province is giving my dominion for that province –2. I have a Prophet and priest both praying in this province, the prophet has with him the stone idol. The adjacent Pangaea province has a dominion of 10.

In a watch tower fortification not even on the front line my dominion is –1, I have 2 priests praying with a JUGGERNAUT and the ARK in province and I still have negative dominion?

Has anyone got any thoughts as to what I’m doing wrong? Nearly forgot all my provinces have temples.

How strong is your Dominion? In other words, what are the conVersion rates when you click on one of your temples? Pangaea has a maximum Dominion strength (10, and so very high conVersion rates), which may be why they are destroying your own Dominion.

Be careful with your Ston Idols as well; they drop any and all Dominions, including yours, which may not be what you want (putting the idol in Pangea's province would probably be better, if you can do so). Alternatively, Pangaea could also be doing something along these lines, hence collapsing your Dominion.

Oh, and if you are not using the latest patch, be warned the Juggernaut does not spread Dominion (I believe it was fixed in 2.13), so that could be another factor.

as well, pan has sneaking priests. there could be a pile of dryads preaching in your provinces.

Yes, but what does it all MEAN?

About the stone idol, so I really need this in my opponents territory. What is the best stealth unit to use this with? I can pretty much summon what ever I like...

Running latest patch. Also I'm patrolling my provinces looking for sneaky priests, is this the best method of finding them?
