fatigue and morale
 

Is morale reduced by fatigue? I had suspicious routing of units, barely scratched, but very fatigated (from cold or having trampled), so either its a stroke of back luck, or something is at hand here.

I've never noticed a direct correalation between fatigue and morale. Tho if your unit is highly fatigued they are more likely to be wounded. Which in turn means more morale checks, which could lead to an unexpected rout?
