Adamant 13 error!

It seems I'm having big problems with the New Turn 79 file. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/Sick.gif

It tells me it is unable to load it then when I quit give the following -

Access violation at address 0040309C in module 'seiv.exe'. Read address FFFFFFFF

Anyone else having problems or any idea how to solve this?
Oh I have downloaded it mutiple time and rebooted. Also I can load and process the Adamant 14 turn without probs. Using Adamant 0.14.10
