Just a notice that you have to do this upgrade.

As there is some security problems with prior releases.

Pass this on to all Users of this software

Also from personal experience

I used the phpBB 2.0.11 [ Changed Files Only ]

and overwrote the files/directories for my Version

then i uploaded the install directory and ran the update_to_2011.php

then deleted the install directory
