OT: Refresh my memory - Combat movement

Round up or down from standard movement?

Also, is the combat movement bonus cummulative?

It is not cumulative for multiple copies of the same item. It is either cumulative if the two components are in a different family, or if they have different numbers for the val2 entry of the ability. I forget which.
