Anyone know where they're stored? I assume within the empire file but I was hoping ... Is it the same for the Fill Queues? http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...s/confused.gif

EMPs are simply a list of your empire setup choices.
The game will ask if you want to save your designs with your EMP when you hit save empire... If so, when you start a new game and load that EMP again, those designs will be added to your list automatically.

During a game, the designs are in the .gam file.

Note that both files are encrypted, so you can't really access the data outside of the game...
