You enter a battered old bar on the south pole of Adrastea, the 2nd moon of Jupiter. You look past the ugly-faced three eyed mutant sitting in front of the cyber-porn plug-in point and see a poster hanging on the wall. A bunch of other guys are also eye-balling it. It reads:

A game of skill, tactics, diplomacy, hard-core warfare and infinite joy for medium to skilled SE IV players.

- No quitting unless you are totally destroyed (no more planets)
- Diplomacy can be carried out over email
- You must get into your role and play it good.
- Use the forums
- No profanity on the forums
- BE active, make alliances, write to fellow players, scheeme, plot and backstab, just be an ACTIVE player
