Customer Support Center

In visiting the customer support center for GamersFront I am only able to put in a request through a request form. THe problem is I keep recieving the error message "userid is too long". Does this mean the userid I created for the customer support center for GamersFront? I was able to enter my ID ok, which seems odd if my id is the problem. Could someone on the staff help me out?

What is the userid you are trying to use? The id's for the gamersfront store and the support center are different.
