Do Eagle Eyes and e.g. Wind Guide stack?

Do spell effects stack which have a similar effect, such as Eagle Eyes and Aim?

Wind Guide is virtually a battlefield-wide Aim/Eagle Eye spell, so it does not stack with these spells. My mage simply refused to cast Aim/Eagle Eye while Wind Guide was active.

and if not active, aim will be cast on the less useful unit possible, for example legionnaires with pilum and not on your theurgs. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif
