How do you enter The Strange House?
 

Found an astral site, the Strange House, but I cannot seem to find the command to enter it. Do I need to be Ryleh to do so?

No, any astral mage can enter the site to get Void Monsters, if it works like the national Rlyeh site.
But there is a 75% chance of permanent affliction (feeblemind) if this mage is not a Rlyeh Starspawn, however...

And even for R'lyeh, it would have to be the Starspawn with priestly magic.

But arco can use it quite effectively. Once you have 10 summoning skill you get some quite potent monsters from it.
