weapons with multiply damage effect
 

I'm unsure if - say an herald lance - with a x3 or x2 damages against a kind of creature allow the whole attack (including strength) to be multiplied, or just the base weapon damage.

Strength and weapon or spell damage is multiplied, but not the random die roll.
