everything old is new again
 

returning back to many of my older games....and just reinstalled dom2.

Problem, though....I cannot seem to find anywhere on how to install the different mods into dom2? Been all over, searched the forums, but could not find anything.

What do I need to do to install the mods (ie the ashikaga mod)?

Download the mod in question, and extract its contents to your Dominions2\mods directory. Many mods will also create a subdirectory in the mods directory to put the images used by the mod.

Then launch Dominions, go to Preferences => Mod Preferences, and enable the mod. Create a Pretender and a game, and the game will load the appropriate mod whenever you play in this game.

ok, thanks...thought that was it.....i need to create the mod directory, though, i believe.....isn't this listed somewhere? thought it was....
