AI question

If I have an AI that is set up for a 2000 point game as evidenced by their "racename 2000", if I use them in a 3000 point game, will they use all of their 3000 points or will they only use 2000 of their racial points?

Just the 2000 points in the existing empire file.

What Kwok said. Thats the reason why usually all races have 3 empire files, 2000, 3000 and 5000.

Randomally generated AIs will use all the points available.
