I have posted a new Version of my research browser over in the Mod Archive. I renamed it to YATQM ("Yet Another Tech Queue Modder") so that it expresses the functionality better.

Features of this little Java 2 application:

1.
Allows you to browse through all the tech areas and view their descriptions, requirements, costs, and even the techs/components etc they lead to.

2.
Allows modding the AI_Research.txt file: easy adding of new tech areas from the browser, easy reordering through full copy & paste functionality.
