Installing oceana mod?

Hi, I'm sorry if this a stupid question but I just downloaded the oceania mod and I can't figure out how to install it. I unzipped it into the mod directory but an oceania special theme isn't showing up for atlantis. Can anyone help me out?

from the main menu go into pereferences, then mod pereferences, then click on it from the list, and it should show up as enabled
