.....do people mainly reply to posts made by people on their "own" forums (like when AT posts something mainly SEIV people will post replies)?

I reply when I have something to add. Who started it doesn't particularly matter.

It might seem like it's mostly SEIV people because there are so many of us.

also some people are shy or uncertain when it comes to posting. It takes some quite awhile before they take the plunge. Example, I lurked on the SE forum for several months before I finaly joined and made my lst post. So, if it seems that way it really isn't, its just that some of us just plain like to gab/gossip/chat/sing/ etc http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif while others are more quiet, reserved, humble like Tesco http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...es/biggrin.gif

Its a science. The name "Atrocities" has become sunomouns with SE IV and has taken on a life of its own. Really there are four Atrocities, or people using the name. It is my turn this week to use it. High I am PCP, Atro will be here later, Citi will be on tomorrow and as for Will, well, no one has seen him since the party last summer on peir. I am sure he will, no pun intended, surfice eventually.

well, yes I'm on the SE4 forum, but I also post on several other forums (War in Pacific Forum, Lordz Forum on Napoleonic Total War and some others) as well tho not as vocal anywhere near the amount I am here on the SEIV forum... This is my favorite and I'm here somewhere everyday. I also go to the SEIV chat room, mostly in the evening where quite a few of the forum members are also gabbing, stop in sometime, there's usually someone there even during the day.. If you need to find how to get there, contact either SJ or Fyron

I think that what you see is the people who respond are people who are in all the forums. So you think of them as SEIV people because you have seen them there.

OK, Im a Dominions II guy, and Im replying. I got the SEIV demo and never really got into it, and have made like, 2 posts on that forum, ever. One of them today.

Well, I actually read most things Atrocities posts, just because its usually interesting and/or funny, but I havent really started posting much on anything but the dom forums, until now.

I usually only post in the SEIV forum because SEIV is the only Shrapnel game that I bought. I haven't played any of the other games so I don't go to those other areas.

I lurked for a LONG time before I started posting. I must have lurked for at least a year before I made my first post.
