Reinvigoration

I cannot find posts relating to this, but I found one old mention of it in the Bug thread. Is there consensus that Reinvigoration is broken (and that is why no-one uses battlefield blood spells)?
I can't get it to work, but that may just be me.
If it does happen to be broken, has there been some developments into learning how to fix it? I wouldnt even know how to mod it so that it could work....

You mean the Blood spell reinvigoration, right? Yes, it is still broken in 2.15. It either does nothing or changes fatigue by a small amount...
