Intelligence

I have just lost contact with the last known race. Now it's not possible to access the intelligence screen and therefore not choosing which counter intelligence program to run. Does this mean that it automatically runs the best program or that I don't have any active counter intelligence?

You only get the Intel screens when you are in contact with at least 1 other empire. Any Counter Intel points you have saved up are gone as well. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/frown.gif
