Off Topic Best Theme Music
 

I was listening to my MP 3's and a theme came on that I have not heard in a long time. It really moved me, and made me sad about all the things that have come and gone over the Last 24 years. Battlestar Galatica's theme is one of my all time favorates for its sheir power and up lifting rythem. If you have not heard it in a while, please get it, and listen to it.

I was 17, had hair down to my ***, and was living in London. I'd just been arrested and beaten by the cops. The former largely for the crime of having irish friends, the latter for refusing to answer questions about them.

The Punk scene was in full swing in London, and Soho on a saturday night was a thing you'd have to see to believe.

In the aftermath of the vietnam war, Americans were still quite unpopular abroad. "****ing Americans" was an expression I heard frequently, usually in a tone of voice conveying contempt and disgust.
