Question to Tampa Gamer about Darlok
In my current game, one of the randomly selected AI races are the Darlok. When I switched off computer control for them, I found to my surprise that their "Cunning" abilities were set to average (game is played with 2000 racial points). All other abilities were average or lower and they had no advanced abilities.
I checked the general.txt file for the Darloks, and there the value was set to 150! Tampa Gamer, do you have any idea? I'm playing the TDM Modpack, by the way. |

Eagleton - I will check on this. Since I always add them with an .emp file when I test them, I did not catch this. What I think may be happening is that the 150 bonus should come Last after all the deductions are put in place (otherwise there would not be enough points to "purchase" a 150 bonus). Thanks for the bug report!

If you have any of the racial abilities set to less than 100 the computer ignores them. So if you hope to create more points by for instance setting Strength to 50 then setting cunning higher you will not have any points to use for cunning because strength will not go below 100. Unless this was fixed in the latest update. I reported it for Version 1.19 but didn't get any response on this issue. Since my computer crashed Last month I haven't kept up on the newest changes (just got my new computer running yesterday) so if this got fixed in the Last patch sorry http://www.shrapnelgames.com/ubb/images/icons/icon7.gif.
