New Eyecandy files

Since I am work on the BSG ship sets
I thought that it would be a good Idea to add the system names from the show to the System file.
This file now contains My real star names, the Starwars names, the Startrek star names, some B5 names, and The BSG names.

The Empire files have some updates also.
